This policy outlines the shipping terms for orders placed on our website, https://greenwaveenterprises.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our goal is to ensure a clear and fair arrangement for both parties.
1. Stock Availability
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts. In the event of a stock discrepancy, we will hold your order and contact you immediately to offer a substitution for a similar product or a refund for the out-of-stock item. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will ship the remainder of your order and process a refund for the unavailable item(s).
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. This amount is collected with your purchase and is the final shipping cost.
3. Returns
3.1 Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue your choice of a refund or a store credit for the value of the goods and notify you via email. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honour valid warranty claims submitted within 30 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay for return shipping, which we will reimburse upon a successful claim. We will process your claim within 7 business days of receiving the item. If the claim is confirmed, you may choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (subject to availability).
3.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately. We will cover the full cost of return shipping for these items and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
4. Delivery Terms
Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 9:00 AM EDT (UTC-04) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Otherwise, they are dispatched the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Domestic Transit Time: Domestic shipments are typically in transit for 1 - 7 days.
International Transit Time: International shipments are generally in transit for 4 - 22 days, depending on the selected courier.
Change of Address: We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box & Military Addresses: We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only. Shipments to military addresses are sent via USPS. Courier services are not available for these locations.
Delivery Time Exceeded: If your delivery has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us to initiate an investigation.
5. Tracking & Transit Damage
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Parcels Damaged in Transit: If possible, please reject a damaged parcel from the courier and contact us. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact our customer service for instructions.
6. Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and added to your order total at checkout.
Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. We encourage you to check these potential costs before ordering. If you refuse to pay these charges upon arrival, the goods will be returned to us at your expense. We will refund the value of the goods, minus the cost of the return shipping. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
7. Cancellations & Insurance
Cancellations: We accept cancellations at any time before an order has been dispatched. If the order is already on its way, please refer to our return policy.
Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation for any lost or damaged parcels.
